15 years in property and housebuilding marketing
Before going freelance I spent 15 years in property and housebuilding marketing, most recently client-side in a senior role at a large national housebuilder. That’s where I learned to plan campaigns months ahead, work closely with sales teams, and show what a marketing budget was actually doing for the business.
The scale is very different now, but the principles are the same whether it’s a national brand or a nursery in Essex.
